What have we done during the pandemic?

There is no denying that the negative impacts of the global pandemic continue to be felt around the world.  Thanks to your ongoing generosity and support, Smile Outreach has still been able to bring hope and joy to the underserved and disadvantaged community.  Even though we had to cease our main missions due to travel restrictions, we have found ways to make small yet positive impact to those in need.

February 2021 – Toys for Orphanage in Bao Loc, Lam Dong

Toys are very important in the development of a child.  They encourage motor skills, imagination and creativity.  Smile Outreach bought $2.5m Dong ($160 AUD) worth of toys for the children at Mai Am Tin Thac orphanage to bring a little joy during these difficult times.  It also takes one less worry away from the orphanage so they can focus on the crucial basic needs of the children.
